Labor and employment, civil rights, and commercial law and litigation (including real estate, environmental and land use) in the Philadelphia area, including southern New Jersey and Delaware. Represent both plaintiffs and defendants, business entities as well as individuals.

Responsibilities include negotiating agreements on behalf of clients, discovery (including depositions), motions and pleadings, oral arguments and witness and trial preparation. Significant trial experience and participate in a significant number of appellate cases, including the Pennsylvania Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
